Master of Clinical Audiology

Health and welfare

The World Health Organization estimates that by 2050, nearly 2.5 billion people worldwide –one in four – will experience hearing loss, a trend driven by an ageing population and increasing global awareness around hearing health. In fact, many graduates secure employment before completing their degree, with opportunities in paediatric audiology, cochlear implants, private practice, hospitals and balance assessment clinics, in Australia and overseas. The degree will connect you with active researchers and clinicians, facilitate extensive clinical experiences, and provide access to the latest diagnostic and rehabilitative technology – all within our global centre for hearing-related research. This immersive environment, home to the Australian Hearing Hub and Cochlear’s headquarters, is your gateway to a world-leading community that’s transforming hearing and communication.
