The Graduate Certificate of Corporate and Financial Regulation is designed to advance lawyers and non lawyers skills and knowledge of developments in the principles, practice, and scholarship of corporate and financial regulation. You will receive a theoretical and practical grounding in corporate and financial regulation. This course provides you with the corporate and financial regulation knowledge that will give you a competitive edge in a career in corporate and financial regulation. This course is suitable for graduates interested in developing or enhancing specialist careers as commercial lawyers or in house counsel, or in other occupations that require a sound grasp of commercial law issues, including as accountants, company administrators and business managers.

1. Monash postgraduate courses require at least an Australian bachelor degree and the required academic entry score, or equivalent. The bachelor degree may need to be in a related field, and the course page controls the required GPA or WAM and other conditions. 2.
