Graduate Diploma in Information Technology

To satisfy the academic requirements for admission to a Graduate Diploma (AQF Level 8) in Information Technology, applicants must meet at least one of the following entry requirements: • A bachelor's degree (AQF Level 7) or equivalent from an accredited Australian Higher Education Provider, or an equivalent overseas qualification. • A relevant Graduate Certificate (AQF Level 8) from Sydney Met, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited Australian Higher Education Provider or overseas institution, with credit transfer as per the Credit and RPL Policy. • A Diploma (AQF Level 5) or Advanced Diploma (AQF Level 6) in a related discipline AND a minimum of two years of work experience in the related field, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. • Alternative pathways, including mature-age entry: applicants aged 21 years and older may apply for entry based on high school, TAFE or VET qualifications, work experience and informal studies.
