Successful completion of the Business Information Systems diploma will guarantee entry into the second year of the Bachelor of Business Information Systems. Learning outcomes Establish technical knowledge in planning, designing, implementing and maintaining information systems Discover how information systems are used as analytical tools Learn to adapt your approach and skills to a variety of workplace environments Understand which solutions are realistic and achievable Note: This course is also available at our Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney campuses. Flexible study options are available including On-campus, Online or a Hybrid of both. Areas of Study: Data and networking, database fundamentals, foundations of information systems, information systems project management planning, business communications. Students can also choose electives in the areas of banking fundamentals and marketing, customer experience management, integrated marketing communications, introduction to PR writing.
