Course overview

This transdisciplinary course allows you to combine your Engineering degree with the skills and attributes you will need for professional practice and leadership. While gaining technical skills in your engineering major of choice, you will also cultivate necessary skills in creative and critical thinking, business analysis, and entrepreneurship. The course provides foundations in engineering theory, technical expertise and knowledge of professional practice. You will also undertake 12 weeks of industry experience, where you will be exposed to real-world engineering challenges and be able to put your knowledge and skills into practice.

1. UTS undergraduate entry requires an accepted final secondary-school, pathway or tertiary qualification. Competitive scores vary by course; where a current course-specific direct-entry score is published, that score takes precedence. 2.
