If you’re interested in health, fitness and helping others improve their lifestyle or sports performance, a degree in Exercise Science could be for you. You’ll gain the skills to design, implement and evaluate programs that boost health, prevent chronic disease and enhance athletic performance. Majors include Football Performance, Health Promotion, Nutrition, Occupational Safety and Health, and Sport Business, and the course can also lead to further study in clinical exercise physiology, education, dietetics, or strength and conditioning. Study is available on-campus or through a blended format with online content and intensive lab sessions.
