Mechanical engineers are responsible for the design, manufacture and operational processes of anything that moves, from the tiniest, simplest micro-particles to the largest, most complex spacecraft and everything in between. As a mechanical engineer you have a skill set that is applicable to many industries in the world, including automotive, transport, manufacturing, power generation, medical, consumer goods and more. EIT’s 3 year Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) degree has been designed by experts from both industry and academia to ensure graduates are prepared for meaningful employment in an engineering workplace. EIT is one of the only institutes in the world specialising in engineering. We deliver this qualification online and at selected campus locations. If your application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer which you will need to review and accept by the specified due date. Recognition of Prior Learning and Exemptions EIT can give you credit for units where you can demonstrate substantial prior experience or educational background. An assessment fee may apply.
