Juris Doctor
商科、行政与法律
Law shapes the systems that govern modern life. It determines how we regulate new technologies, structure markets, protect rights and resolve disputes in an increasingly interconnected world. As social and economic issues grow more complex, legal expertise is vital for understanding how decisions are made, how institutions function and how change occurs across communities. This is why advanced legal capability is sought after not only in legal practice, but also in policy, corporate leadership, compliance and consulting – anywhere rigorous analysis and sound judgement are critical. The Juris Doctor provides a respected pathway into the legal profession for graduates from any discipline, as well as those with overseas law degrees seeking Australian accreditation. You’ll learn within a modern law precinct designed for collaboration, supported by world-leading experts across commercial law, human rights law, technology, climate and energy, criminal justice, trade, property and beyond. With flexible study options – including online learning, night classes and tailored timetables – plus dedicated postgraduate spaces, mentoring and support, you’ll join a diverse community and a global alumni network of barristers, judges and public leaders.
