A high level of English language proficiency, and An AQF-8 or higher award (Bachelor Honours, Graduate Diploma, Master by coursework) from a recognised institution in a related field of study or equivalent Applicants with MQ qualifications from 2020 onwards (WAM): 70 overall All other applicants (GPA): 5.25/7 overall. Some disciplines may have additional entry requirements such as a portfolio of work or a higher level of performance in previous study. Please refer to the Schedule 2: Additional Entry Requirements to Research Training Courses for more information. Admission is also subject to there being an appropriate fit between the applicant, research environment, available resources and supervision. Planning reference: missing 2027 requirements use the latest published requirements from 2026; newer explicit 2027 requirements take precedence.
