This graduate certificate provides you with advanced expertise and specialised knowledge in forensic nursing and midwifery. You will investigate contemporary issues in Australian health law and ethics and the role of health professionals in the assessment of cases of physical and sexual assault. An Australian Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in nursing or midwifery with at least a pass (50%) average. and Current practice registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Planning reference: missing 2027 requirements use the latest published requirements from 2026; newer explicit 2027 requirements take precedence.
