You will gain industry relevant food science skills both in and beyond the lab and the business acumen to bring new food products to life. You can use your option subjects to deepen your scientific or business expertise or expand your learning. Options include The Bio Kitchen, with its focus on the creation of novel biomaterials, Analytical Chemistry and Biobusiness.
